New Summer Goals!

Summer = Free Time & Free Time = New Goals!

Summer usually gifts us with extra free time and more energy! Let’s put it to good use by setting new goals and creating good habits. Here’s a list of July goals we recommend for you:

Create a “Thank You Journal” and be grateful for the things you have:Being grateful will not only help you realize how lucky you are for what you have, but will also open new doors for you by improving your state of mind, your self-esteem and attracting good vibes.

Do more things outdoors:Going outside helps people free up their mind, feel more relaxed and think clearer. Taking walks and choosing to be outside with nature has proven to have de-stressing effects!

Avoid added sugars: There are many health benefits associated with a diet free of added sugars. We encourage you to stay away from processed foods with added sugars and instead, include more natural whole foods in your diet that are sweet by nature like our 100% orange and grapefruit juices. 

Spend more time with your loved ones: Your family and friends miss you! Take advantage of the free time and the beautiful weather to do more activities with the people you love the most! You will remind yourself how good it feels to share experiences with others!

45 minutes of exercise, Twice a week:We all know that exercise is healthy for us and has many benefits to our body and mind. However, it is very hard to make exercise a habit. That’s why we challenge you to start exercising twice a week for 45 minutes during this month.

Meditate at the end of each week:A great way to connect with yourself and slow down the mind is through meditation. Take 10 minutes at the end of each week, close your eyes, focus on your breathing and bring awareness to your body. 

Plan a summer vacation!Organize your free time and plan a road trip, go to the beach, or your favorite place on earth! Relax, unwind, and spend some time away from home with your loved ones.

Give technology a break:  Your smartphone gets tired too! Give it a break! Along with your laptop, television, and video game… Enjoy this special time of the year with people and nature instead!

Try cooking a new recipe!There are many recipes in our Instagram, Facebook and website pages! Why don’t you try making them on your free time?
