Healthy Family On-The-Go Snacks

Spring is here.  Summer is on the way and it seems like we’re always on the go.  Busy lives with a family certainly makes traveling, summer activities and sports, and get together’s a little more stressful.  It can be difficult to stay on that healthy eating routine you worked so hard to develop during the school year.
