Indian River’s Power of Citrus Smoothie

3-4 c Indian River Select Brand orange juice

1-2 medium carrots, peeled & roughly chopped

1 apple, peeled & roughly chopped

1 teaspoon powdered turmeric (or 1 inch chunk of turmeric, peeled)

As much fresh ginger as you like, peeled

Optional pinch of cayenne pepper for an extra kick

*(For a thicker, colder smoothie, you can always add a frozen banana or ice)

 Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding more juice if necessary, and enjoy!
