Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 2 tbsp Indian River Select Orange Juice
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp sour cream.
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp butter
Directions
- Whisk together the eggs, orange juice, milk, sour cream and chives for three minutes or until entirely mixed first.
- Add a knob of butter to your pan and allow to melt and spread across the pan.
- Pour your egg mixture into the pan and let it cook for about 30 seconds, then agitate with the spatula.
- Continue cooking like this until it’s the desired consistency.
- Pair with our Orange-glazed Bacon and enjoy!
