Orange Cranberry Muffins

Stephanie says muffins are a staple in their household, as is Indian River Orange Juice!

What better way to combine two of your favorite grocery items into one morning treat? This recipe is simple, delicious and a great combination of tangy & sweet all rolled into one delicious muffin.

Here’s how to make it!

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Orange Icing:

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
    2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir. Set aside.
    3. Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl and stir. 
    4. Mix wet and dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl and fold them together. 
    5. Spray the muffin pan and fill each spot with the muffin mixture. 
    6. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown. 
    7. Enjoy!
