Citrussy Gummy Ingredients:

Citrussy Gummy Directions:

  1. Pour the Indian River Select juice into a small pot. Gently add in the gelatin powder and allow it to absorb for a few minutes.
  2. Once the gelatin has been absorbed, whisk the mixture gently.
  3. Turn on your stove to medium heat, getting the mixture warm but never boiling. Wait until the mixture changes from thick to runny and all of the gelatin has dissolved.
  4. Once ready, pour the mixture into a shallow loaf pan and refrigerate for four hours.
  5. Remove from pan and cut the gelatin into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks!

Boozey Gummies Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup honey or light agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 1/4 cup honey or light agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored powdered gelatin
  • Sanding sugar (for serving; optional)
  • 1/2 cup Indian River Select Ruby Red Grapefruit juice or Original Orange Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Indian River Select Lemonade
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons Indian River Select Lemonade
  • 3 tablespoons Campari
  • 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier

Boozey Gummies Directions:

  1. Combine Indian River Select juice, honey, Campari, and Lemonade in a small saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over and let sit until gelatin is softened, 10–15 minutes.
  2. Cook over medium-low, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved and mixture is translucent with no visible granules, about 4 minutes (do not boil). Strain into a loaf pan.
  3. Chill gummy mixture until completely set, at least 3 hours.
  4. Run a small offset spatula around sides of pan to loosen candy, then gently peel away candy from bottom (be careful not to tear it).
  5. Cut into 1″ cubes or punch out into desired shapes with canapé or small cookie cutters.
  6. Toss candies in sanding sugar, if desired, just before serving.
  7. Candies can be made 4 days ahead. Keep chilled. Cut just before serving.
