Grapefruit Oats & Chia

Meal prep is half the battle when trying to maintain a healthy diet! Nothing sets the right tone for the day better than a wholesome and vitamin-packed breakfast! 

Easy to prepare and leave in the fridge overnight! Bursting with flavor and goodness and what’s more? It basically makes itself! 

Go on try it!


  • 3.5 oz oatmeal

  • 6 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit juice 

  • 3 tbsps desiccated coconut

  • 3 tsps chia seeds

  • 8.5 oz natural yogurt

  • Top with fresh fruit, seeds, granola, desiccated coconut, as desired


  1. Mix everything in a bowl
  2. Cover with clingfilm
  3. Leave overnight, or for 1 hour
  4. When serving, add some water, Ruby Red Grapefruit juice, or milk of choice to reach the desired consistency
  5. Sprinkle a little coconut & chia seeds nd enjoy!
