Lemon Posset Dessert

We have a perfect and simple recipe for you! This creamy citrusy dessert is not only easy to make, but it also has a dash of our Lemonade in there to create a tangy flavor that you can’t resist!

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cup cream
• 1/3 cup sugar
• zest of 2 lemons
• 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon of Indian River Select Lemonade

Directions:

1. Place sugar, cream, and lemon zest in a pan and heat until it begins to boil (be careful it doesn’t boil over).
2. Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove the rind.
3. Add the Indian River Select Lemonade and stir well.
4. Pour into serving glasses and leave overnight to set.
