Ingredients
- 1 cup of carrot juice
- 1 cup of Indian River Select 100% natural orange juice
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon ground flax
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Add the carrot juice, orange juice, pineapple chunks, flax, turmeric & black pepper to a blender
- Blend!
