Orange Glazed Ham

Nothing says “special occasion” quite like a glazed ham! This simple, yet delicious, recipe will have your family and friends wondering what your secret is! (You can tell them it’s 100% Natural Indian River Select Orange Juice.)

Slather your ham cut with glaze, or use only enough to get the glaze, flavor, and perfect stickiness going, it’s totally up to you. Give it a try and let us know what you thought!



    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F
    2. Place ham cut side face-down in a roasting pan
    3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, orange juice, balsamic vinegar, and salt.
    4. Pour half of the glaze over the ham. Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
    5. Place in preheated (350°F) oven and cook for about 10 minutes per pound of ham, brushing twice with the remaining glaze during the cooking time. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking.
    6. Enjoy the feast!
