Overnight Grapefruit Oats

This delicious overnight oats is quick and easy to prep, and upgrade to a simple and easy breakfast swap. Takes 10 mins to prep and the rest happens overnight in the fridge, ready to grab when you’re ready to go💪



  • 4 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 pinch grapefruit zest
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 4 oz almond milk 
  • 1 scoop protein powder [optional]
  • 4 oz greek yogurt 
  • 1 tbsp granola 


    1. Pour the 4oz of Ruby Red Grapefruit juice into the bottom of your mason jar to start, and add some zest to the juice for added texture.
    2. Add ½ cup of rolled oats to your mason jar.
    3. Next, 4 oz of almond milk into your mason jar.
    4. Add 1 scoop of your preferred vanilla protein powder to your mason jar along with 4 oz of vanilla Greek yogurt.
    5. Top with 1 tbsp of Vanilla Granola and ½ tbsp of honey.
    6. Place the lid onto your mason jar and give it a good shake.
    7. Leave in the fridge for a few hours or preferably overnight for a flavorful breakfast on the go.
    8. The next morning, top it with your favorite fresh fruits, more yogurt, and honey, and enjoy!
