Smoothies are the perfect go-to snack/meal that can support your busy lifestyle and help you maintain healthy eating habits, even when you’re on the go.

Orange Juice Get Up ‘n Go Smoothie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until it is the preferred consistency.
  2. This should be enough for 2 servings – refrigerate the remaining smoothie portion for up to 24 hours.

Hydrating Grapefruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
  • 8 strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 8 ounces yogurt (vegan alt – coconut yogurt or coconut cream)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (vegan alt. agave nectar or vegan honey)
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until it is the preferred consistency.
